Chocolate.com's catalog of chocolate gifts includes confections made by Chocolatiers from across the United States, which means each gift you send may be coming from a different location. For your convenience, in the "shipping method" window of the shopping cart, you will be asked to choose a shipping method per gift via a pull down menu. This pull down menu will display the various shipping options as well as the price and estimated time of arrival for each gift. Because many of the chocolate gifts in the Chocolate.com catalog are hand made to order, the estimated time of arrival has accounted for a 2 day processing period before orders are shipped.
A few things to keep in mind when ordering: Gifts are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday delivery is an additional $10 on top of the delivery charge, Sunday delivery is not available. During warmer summer months (usually May through September) most chocolate will only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid any weekend layovers where chocolates may melt. Also in summer months, a handling fee will be added to each shipment to account for insulated packaging and ice packs that will be included in every shipment.
