I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product!! I had bought another brand of white chocolate that was over four times more expensive and was thoroughly disappointed with it so I was a little hesitant to try Choclatique's Snowy-White Chocolate, because, frankly, it is such a darn good price how could it be the quality I am used to baking with? Well, I received it in the mail today, well wrapped and in a beautiful box good enough for giving as a gift. I broke off a piece to try and was very pleased at how creamy it was. I was impressed that it wasn't overly sweet and had good chocolate flavor. It is reminiscent of a Lindt White Choc. I cannot believe the quality for the price! I know many people who are addicted to white chocolate and, at this price, I will order each of them a beautiful 5 pound block! Absolutely worthy of gift giving, gourmet baking, or keeping for yourself! :-) I give it 5 stars - from a really picky, almost snobbish chocolate connoisseur!!!!! - Joan L.
