Introducing a bit of Tuscan Flair to Chocolate.com

We at Donna & Company are excited to have recently joined on as a vendor for Chocolate.com, offering something a little different. After receiving chocolatier training at Ecole Chocolat Professional Chocolatier Program in New York City Diane Pinder, Chocolatier and Founder at Donna & Company embarked on a journey to the Tuscan region of Italy. A place referred to as the “Chocolate Valley” for many of the world’s best Master Chocolatiers who produce their fine chocolates there. Diane spent her time picking up various techniques and recipes for which she wished to bring back with her so people within the United States could experience the same Tuscan influences she had enjoyed while training in Tuscany. The result? Unique truffle flavors such as olive oil & sea salt, balsamic caramel, and lemon basil truffles or a dark chocolate bar topped with Taralli with Tuscan pepper & Sicilian sea salt. Locally sourced products following Slow Food methods learned in Tuscany which helped Diane create her line of honey caramel chocolates featuring raw honey from local NJ apiaries.
