Chocolate Inspirations is a mother/daughter owned specialty chocolate “mom” shop located in Roselle, IL. In 1992 Pam Vieau (the mom) traded a batch of cookies for her first chocolate machine and with her homemade English Toffee recipe opened Chocolate Inspirations, Inc. In 1999 our English Toffee was an “OUTSTANDING CONFECTION” finalist at the NASFT Fancy Food show and Chocolatier Magazine said “Chocolate Inspirations, Inc. makes seriously sensation toffee. A must-taste for toffee aficionados.” Our extensive line of gourmet confections include our Coconut Brittle, Coffee Mac, Gourmet Fudge & Caramel Sensation bar and our new Cinnamon Toast Toffee received rave reviews from critics and clients. All of our gourmet confections are all natural and made with an imported Swiss chocolate couverture. We also have a Vegan and Sugar-Free line of confections.
