Creek House Patisserie (http://creekhouse.ingber.com) chocolates are handmade in small batches to insure the very best quality. We use only the finest chocolate, and no preservatives. All our chocolate truffles feature a crisp and snappy chocolate exterior, and an unbelievably creamy ganache interior.
We are located in beautiful Ashland Oregon, home of the Shakespeare
Festival. Our chocolates and pastries are featured in several Southern Oregon fine restaurants, gourmet stores and shops. Creek House Patisserie's Pastry Chef is Le Cordon Bleu trained, and committed to using only the highest quality ingredients to create classic confections.
Our chocolate flavors enhance the rich flavor of the fine couverture chocolate that we use and are never overpowering.

Swans: White chocolate with milk & dark chocolate filling.
Double Dark: Bittersweet with dark chocolate filling.
Hazelnut: Bittersweet with hazelnut and dark chocolate
filling.
Mexican
Chocolate: Bittersweet with Mexican & milk chocolate filling.
Infused with orange liqueur and organic cinnamon.
Cappuccino:Bittersweet, espresso and milk chocolate
filling.
Espresso: White chocolate, dark chocolate filling, and espresso.
Peanut
Butter: Milk chocolate or dark chocolate, organic
peanut butter and chocolate.
Blackberry:Premium blackberry puree and chocolate filling.
Coconut: Special order. Coconut, hint of rum,
and premium chocolate.
Jalapeno: Special order. Fresh jalapeno and all dark chocolate.
