The Davis Mountains Nut Co. located in Fort Davis, TX., has been manufacturing flavored pecans for 14 years. According to several of our elated customers, we produce the "best flavored pecans on the planet". The process involed is unique in the marketplace, and the results are undeniable. We acutally make seven different flavors, and two are chocolate flavored, which are Mocha Madness and Chocolate Fudge. The Mocha flavor involves marinating the pecans first, then roasting, and finally handcoating the roasted pecans with an original dark chocolate recipe. The Chocolate Fudge flavor starts by dry roasting the pecans and then handcoating each and every one, again, with an original chocolate recipe, and is milk chocolate basded.
