We believe that we have found the perfect combination and have the perfect brownie. Who’s Brownies™ prides itself on being different from other brownie companies – we use less flour, more chocolate, and more butter to give you a more “seductively natural” brownie....

Ever since I was a little boy, My first kitchen experience was mixing batter for a chocolate cake. I could hardly reach the counter, and had to balance on a stool to stir. My mother instructed me along the way until the cake was ready for the oven. From that day forward I have had a love affair with the kitchen and anything chocolate.

I decided the best way to direct my passion was to attend culinary school and over the years I have created a line of recipes for the people I love and a multitude of faithful customers.

My brownies have become famous at parties with the phrase “Whose brownies are these?” So, to answer that question….they are my brownies! – and now they can be your brownies too! Co-Owner Mark Sferas

Baking seemed like it was destiny for me, especially since I love all things sweet and chocolate. My grandmother ran the bakery in our small Midwestern town and both sides of my family have their “secret recipes” for holiday goodies.

My mom always had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies ready when I came home from school and summer wasn’t officially in swing until we made strawberry shortcake from scratch. As time went on, I went to college, became an accountant, and had two children. Except for the traditional holiday baking, I had little time for my creative outlet.

When I met Mark we found we shared these same passions for chocolate and the kitchen. Together we decided to make our dreams a reality and that reality is Who’s Brownies! Co-Owner Kelly Hartleip
