Chocolate Inspirations is a mother/daughter owned gourmet confections company in Roselle, IL. In 1992 Pam Vieau (the mom) traded a batch of cookies for her first chocolate machine and started selling her homemade gourmet English Toffee. In 1999 our English Toffee was an “OUTSTANDING CONFECTION” finalist at the NASFT Fancy Food show and Chocolatier Magazine said “Chocolate Inspirations, Inc. makes seriously sensation toffee. A must-taste for toffee aficionados.” To this day our gourmet English Toffee is our BEST SELLER! Through the years we have developed a line of gluten free, premium classic & unique gourmet confections & candies with a sophisticated taste. Our handmade confections include: Gourmet Cinnamon Toast Toffee, Gourmet Caramel Corn, Peanut Butter Pillows, Hot Chocolate Cups and more! We also create a full line of gourmet Vegan and Dairy Free chocolates and confections including our best selling Vegan English Toffee, Vegan Peanut Butter Pillows, Vegan Caramel Corn and more. Our handcrafted artsian confections are created in small batches with the finest all natural ingredients. We use a premium imported Swiss chocolate couverture with all of our confections.
