Chunky Chocolate Brownie Lollipops are crafted by Ms. Mel King, owner of Chocolate Dreams Candy Catering in Central Florida. Mel’s inspiration for a brownie lollipop was initially sparked by the popularity of cake pops. But her children proved to be the ultimate catalyst for the confection’s creation. "My children were not fans of cake, but they loved brownies. Since I was already creating delicious chocolate, I decided to combine the two,” said Ms. King. “After several months of research, and plenty of eager taste testing by my kids, the perfect combination of brownie and chocolate was developed."

Ms. King’s launch of Chunky Chocolate Brownie Lollipops™ brand in 2011 was met with immediate success.
