Traditional fudge is made with white sugar, butter and cream. Earth's Sweet Pleasures Gourmet Fudge is made without dairy and is gluten-free. The rich, dark flavor and creamy texture of the chocolate comes through, rather than the grainy texture and sugary flavor of traditional fudge. All of the ingredients are USDA certified organic and the evaporated cane juice is Fair Trade certified. The 70% dark chocolate is from Rainforest Alliance™ certified farms in Ecuador.
