About e. e. cookies

Kori Stanton was born and raised in a small town in Indiana. During her final year of college in South Carolina she took a weekend trip to NYC and fell in love with the city. Soon after graduation she packed up her belongings, two cats and her boyfriend (who is now her husband), and drove back to the Big Apple. She worked at a large law firm in the accounting department until 2001, when her daughter was born and she became a stay at home Mom. In 2006, the Stanton family welcomed their second child, a son.
While living in New York City, Kori has always been on the lookout for a great cookie, and more often than not, this quest left her disappointed. Kori felt that great cookies should not be so difficult to find. Anytime she had a spare moment, she baked and baked, experimenting with various ingredients while her friends and neighbors served as taste testers. As Kori refined her recipes, she continually heard, “You really need to start a cookie business!”
After years of baking cookies for family and friends and at PTA meetings, Kori finally made the leap and opened a cookie business, using the absolute best ingredients to produce all natural, small batch, gourmet cookies.
On Halloween 2009, e.e. cookies was born.
