Fretzels by Jill are hand-dipped designer gourmet chocolate covered pretzels unlike anything you’ve ever seen or tasted before. Each unique Fretzel is created with the perfect pretzel to chocolate and topping ratio.
Known for her edibly artistic twists on traditional treats, Fretzels Founder & Chief Pretzel Designer, Jill Frechtman, provides a multi-sensory taste experience with every bite.
Having been featured on DailyCandy.com, the Today Show, Rachael Ray, ABC News, RealSimple magazine, as well as numerous other national and regional media outlets, the Fretzels Brand has built a national following. What started as a childhood hobby-turned-office party staple, has evolved into a Specialty Food Brand Experience with sweet products, sweet packaging, and even sweeter customer service.

OUR SWEET STORY
An admitted chocoholic, Jill Frechtman began making chocolate covered pretzels in her mom’s kitchen at a young age.
Always a creative soul in and out of the kitchen, Jill earned a BFA from Syracuse University, and went on to work as a jr. art director for a large advertising agency in New York. In 2001, Jill’s edible art became an instant hit at the office holiday party. After much encouragement from friends, family, and coworkers, an inspirational book featured on Oprah, and an initial investment of $300 from her grandmother, Fretzels by Jill Frechtman was born.
Using her creativity and background in design, Jill perfected various pretzel creations and designed her own logo and packaging, turning her passion and pastime into one sweet business.
