About Her Coconess Confections

Her Coconess Confections was founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2009 by Shelley Seward. We make candy confections and delicious gifts, all handcrafted and beautifully packaged, using only the freshest, natural ingredients - pure cane sugar, sweet organic cream, Madagascar vanilla bean and Belgium chocolate. Creating candy is Her Coconess’ passion. She is obsessed with using the finest ingredients, the best candy making techniques, and the surest way to delight our customers with each delicious taste. Most recently Her Coconess participated in the 2010 San Francisco Chocolate Salon where she was recognized with 7 Best of Salon Awards. Which include gold for her product line in the Best Comfort Confection category individual silver in the same category for her Bittersweet Nibby Rocky Road, bronze for her Chocolate Dipped Pink Flake Salt Caramels in the Best Traditional Chocolate category, bronze for Most Gifted Chocolatier and silver for Best of Salon. Her Coconess Confections are available at three farmer’s markets in the San Francisco Bay Area. We serve catering companies, retailers and a private and corporate clientele.
