Le Dolce Fine Chocolate, co-founded by Ada Bouganim and Ora Ben Jacob, redefines artisinal gourmet chocolates! Using only the highest quality Belgian chocolate, Le Dolce handcrafts their unique gourmet chocolates in small batches ensuring quality, flavour and artistry are enjoyed in every bite. Ada Bouganim graduated with a Grand Diploma as Chef Conditure from the Dan Hotel pastry School in Israel. After working at the 5 star King David and Dan Arcadia Hotels in Israel, she travelled extensively around the world exploring the true origins of chocolate. Now a Maitre Chocolatier, Ada joined forces with business partner and Chocolatier Assistant, Ora, to found Le Dolce Fine Chocolates in Montreal and they have not looked back since! Le Dolce is proud to bring you handcrafted, premium gourmet chocolates made with 70% cocoa solids dark chocolate, premium milk and white chocolate alike. Their fillings and ganaches are made of equally impressive natural and pure ingredients. Every stage of production is done by hand.
