I love Sea salt caramels, I love trying caramels from different chocolatiers every month, just for fun. I have to admit though after trying this sea salt caramel collection I will be ordering the same chocolates again! I fell in love with these! Each caramel was different with subtle flavors, hints of grape, a slight bite of chile, sprinkles of pink salts... black hawaiian salts, it was amazing. I usually do well and refrain having my one chocolate per day. I ended up having a mini taste testing and consumed the entire box in one day! I then proceeded that week to break open the second box that was for a gift! Now I have to go purchase another couple boxes so I can finally deliver on my friends gift LOL. This hands down were the best salted caramels I have ever had, and I have had many. The caramels melt in your mouth, the salt is perfectly balanced, not too much, and the chile chocolate was a surprisingly fun kick! I really liked it and didn't think I would. If this is for a gift (assuming you have more willpower than I do) the box is adorable and comes with a detailed identifying map so you know which caramel is which. I cant say enough. You have made a life time customer with me. I am off to order my second round of chocolates now. - Judy L Hayes
