After an extensive search, we found the perfect Swiss chocolate for our base, and complemented it with high-quality freeze-dried fruits, spices, nuts, seeds and other delicacies. Some of the more exotic creations include Hawaiian black sea salt, edible flowers, Bronte’s pistachios, orange pepper seasonings, and edible 23-karat gold flakes.  The varieties are endless.  Only Mavai chocolate’s taste surpasses its appearance, with a beautiful balance of natural essences.
