About Minnie's Bites of Heaven
Minnie’s Bites of Heaven started in May 2009 after Melissa Stewart discovered how hard it was to find a truly decadent truffle without the preservatives and chemicals that mask the naturally delicious and complex flavors of dark chocolate. She set out to create handcrafted organic truffles that were superior in flavor and texture. Her passion for chocolate drove her to teach herself how to create these delectable bites of heaven.Minnie’s Bites of Heaven truffles are all homemade and handcrafted, with no preservatives, waxes or molds. We use high quality organic and fair-traded chocolate. Flavors range from La Classique (classic chocolate) and The Peanut Gallery (smooth, creamy peanut butter) to more unique flavors like Currant Affair (black currant) and Island Rum (with guaveberry rum, only available in St. Maarten), and we are always creating new flavors. Each truffle is meant to be savored and is a true chocolate indulgence.
We are located in the beautiful Hudson Valley of upstate New York, and will ship all over the continental United States.
