Our delicious gourmet treats are handmade in small batches using only the finest and freshest natural ingredients with no artificial flavors or preservatives. 100% made to order. Our goal is to be an ingredient driven company (not suggar driven).
Quality is our passion which is why we use freshly roasted & in-house ground almonds, pecans, walnuts; the finest Belgian callebaut chocolates; pure Madagascar vanilla and freshly ground spices, nutmeg and cinnamon. We also specialize in other gourmet treats that are gluten free (almond/walnut/pecan cookies), and vegan treats (olive oil anise biscotti with almond/walnuts/pecans, Peanut Moroccan "slipper" cookies), and buttery crisp cookies with almonds or pecans. All these unique treats are anything but traditional, and draw inspiration from the flavors, aromas and cuisines of my native Morocco. Smaller and sweeter than the traditional biscotti, they are irresistible blend of rich textures and tastes. Makes a perfect gift- or bring a box to your next party.
