About Noir d’Ébène
Noir d’Ébène is a specialty pâtisserie and chocolat boutique. All of our edible gifts are handcrafted with the freshest ingredients. We pride ourselves on using similar ingredients that mom used when she spent Saturday afternoon baking cakes for Sunday's dinner. Ten
ingredient items or less is what you'll find in OUR listing. There are no secrets or big words that require a dictionary to get there complete understanding. We use cake and all purpose flour, European style butter, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean paste, granulated sugar, French or Portuguese sea salt and other wonderful exciting ingredients.
d’Ébène chocolat is our signature chocolat made in studio from fair trade cacao beans. We import beans from Peru, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and other countries. Each chocolat batch is conched in studio for up to 24 hours. Conching refines the chocolat and makes it smooth and creamy. Along side to being chocolateirs we are also pastry chefs and use d’Ébène chocolat in our cookies, brownies, cakes, cupcakes and to create our chocolat bark, toffee, bon bons and bars.
