About Posh Chocolat
Posh Chocolat has been gaining national attention over the last few years with their award winning chocolates. In 2010 Posh Chocolat received the Grand Award for Best Chocolatier and Confectioner in America by TasteTV international chocolate salons. Posh Chocolat has been winning multiple awards for their chocolate at various chocolate shows in San Francisco, Las Vegas and Seattle since 2007Ana, a native of Brazil and Jason Willenbrock , a true St. Louis guy, found their love for chocolate at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. From there they left to develop and discover the tastes of the world In Spain and France. After years of working under five star chefs they brought their knowledge and expertise to Missoula, Montana.
In 2005 the Willenbrocks opened Posh Chocolat, where they pair the culinary world to the confectionary. Bringing together the sensations of spices, herbs, fruits, and spirits, combined with single origin chocolate. Jason and Ana continuously work to develop new and fresh combinations, keeping chocolate fans as passionate about chocolate as they are.
