Nestled among the adobe art galleries and restaurants of the Plaza, we opened our first store in 1971 with a commitment to high-quality local ingredients made in small batches by skilled chocolatiers. Although our line of products has greatly expanded since then, our dedication to our recipes and our crafting techniques remains strong. All of our toffees, brittles, caramels, and fudges are hand stirred in copper kettles to insure that the taste and texture meet our standards and that the batches are small and fresh. Whenever possible, we use local ingredients from small businesses that are as committed to quality as we are.
