I created Bella's Confections fudge in tribute to my Italian grandmother. In Italian, Bella means beautiful and this is how I will always remember her. This recipe created by her has been a tradition in our family for decades. I have many fond memories as a child creating delicious fudge enjoyed by our family and friends. The labor of love that is now Bella's Confections Gourmet Fudge is my way of sharing those memories with you.
