Cafe Praline Dark Chocolate Bar Coffee Truffle Filling Vegan
Café Praliné made with cashew nuts and 100% Arabica, semisweet on the inside, bittersweet on the outside. We don't use coffee extract, we use actual coffe, a nice Italian dark roast, resulting in an intense coffee flavor and a bit of graininess wich contrast with the very creamy cashew butter filling. My own favorite at the moment. Eco packaging with fair-trade parchment paper.

Snow-capped Huckleberry Mountains...massive treats!
These chocolates are beautifully decorated and the silver box compliments the presentation well. The chocolate shell was shiny and had a nice snap to it. Despite this, I was apprehensive because I figured that since the chocolatier used huckleberry preserves, the ganache might be grainy. I was happily wrong! The center of these delightful candies was so smooth and creamy, that I had a difficult time eating them slowly. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed these chocolates and was actually sad when they were gone. - Susan Laird

Delicious chocolates! We live in Florida and the weather was extremely hot. I made sure to buy the heat insurance, but did not need to use it as the shipper used lots of ice and packed the chocolate well. Only a few pieces were melted. Highly recommend the insurance though as another order of mine (from a different company) was not packed by another shipper as well and arrived in very poor condition. - Judy Braham

Personally, I love dark chocolate, so this is the perfect chocolate bar for me. I've had 48%, which is a bit sweet, and 80%, which is excellent, but doesn't satisfy if you want chocolate that is both dark yet still smooth and sweet. This 60% bar is excellent.
