I created Bella's Confections fudge in tribute to my Italian grandmother. In Italian, Bella means beautiful and this is how I will always remember her. This recipe created by her has been a tradition in our family for decades. I have many fond memories as a child creating delicious fudge enjoyed by our family and friends. The labor of love that is now Bella's Confections Gourmet Fudge is my way of sharing those memories with you. Bella's Confections is hand made daily in small batches to ensure freshness and packaged in our Northern California Kitchen. Only the finest and freshest ingredients are included in our fudge: 2 blends of premium chocolate from Ghirardelli and Guittard, sweet cream butter, cream, vanilla bean and of course a few family secrets
