At Nicole Lee, Fine Chocolates, we are committed to crafting every chocolate by hand using the traditional French and Belgium artistry and the freshest quality ingredients from around the world. Our chocolates have a well balanced taste, not too sweet and without preservatives or vegetable fat. We make our chocolates in small batches to ensure freshness and each piece is hand dipped with a sp
ecial attention to details. A graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris with "Le Grand Diplome", Nicole Lee supplemented her education with courses from Ecole Lenotre and Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Belgium. She also apprenticed and honed her skills at the chocolate boutique of Jean Charles Rochoux in Paris where she acquired extensive training on traditional French techniques
