Rich, dense, and moist, these profoundly chocolate brownies are made with melted Swiss bittersweet chocolate and lots of pure double-strength Madagascar vanilla, accented with semi-sweet chunks, iced with a thick layer of cooling mint buttercream, and then glazed with a sumptuous layer of bittersweet chocolate.
