These chocolates were designed to pair with wine. The Cherry and Violet Lavender go with full-bodied reds and the Caramel goes with Champagne and Whites. Made with Chocolate from the Dominican Republic, Arriba Chocolate from Ecuador and Venezuelan Chocolate from the Maracaibo Region. Don't take out word for it -buy the 16 piece and experiment.
Cherry: Dominican Republic Organic Chocolate, 3 different cherry flavorings, eaux de vie, gin, dried sour cherries and other flavorings - pairs well with a good cab!
Award Winning Violet-Lavender: Arriba Chocolate, Violet/Lavender, Orange and a little eaux de vie pairs really well with Pinot Noir Wines. (guess what we do after hours).
Caramel: These are great Butter Caramels with citrus, vanilla, and rum flavors. We cover them with salt from the ancient seabed in Utah - 60 million years old... Really, really good with champagne.
