These chocolates are packaged with their own little envelope of Sel Gris. It was fun putting a little on top of the chocolate and the salt enhances the sweetness in the caramel. These caramels were delicious.

I love salty and sweet mixed together and these were fantastic! The agave made the caramel so light and smooth and the salt came on the side so it wasn't too overpowering. My roommates and I ate these while studying for finals and let's just say they didn't last very long. I would definitely order them again!

Included are individual packets of Sel Gris, a mineral-rich gray sea salt harvested and collected by hand using traditional Celtic methods within the coastal areas of Brittany, France.
