Chocolate Inspirations is a mother/daughter owned specialty chocolate “mom” shop located in Roselle, IL. In 1992 Pam Vieau (the mom) traded a batch of cookies for her first chocolate machine and with her homemade English Toffee recipe opened Chocolate Inspirations, Inc. In 1999 our English Toffee was an “OUTSTANDING CONFECTION” finalist at the NASFT Fancy Food show and Chocolatier Magazine said “Chocolate Inspirations, Inc. makes seriously sensation toffee.
