The selection in this box wasn't particularly suited to my tastes (I'm a little picky) but what annoyed me was that the key to the different chocolates did not include all the varieties in the box, so I had no idea what I was getting - and I had to be jealous of the ones I didn't get!

The chocolates are tasty with many strange flavor combinations. The box it arrived in was very fancy and it was packed in ice to keep the chocolates from melting. Unfortunately, the delivery person left the chocolates in my driveway in the sun. All the ice packs were warm by the time I came across the package but luckily the chocolates didn't melt. 20 unique pieces of our artisan chocolates. Each piece is made in small batches following traditional artisan methods. Each box will contain a mix of caramels and ganache as well as dark, milk and white chocolate. William Dean Chocolates recently won 11 Golds at the San Francisco Chocolate Salon and was winner of Best in Show at the New York Chocolate Show for its Cassis Crunch bon bon. We have been featured on The View as one of Whoopi's "Must Have" items and were a winner in the 2008 Next Generation Chocolatier Competition.
