Here is assortment of bars filled with a fresh chocolate mousse with dark chocolate, coffee, raspberry, and Grand Marnier.
Gourmet truffles bars of course, with with a touch of Cognac, the dark one is just 72% cocoa, the coffee one is made with a nice dark roast Arabica, the raspberry is layered with different forms of raspberries, and the Grand Marnier is just a classic. All vegan with no extra soy, we use nut butters of cashew and almonds.

Hand-made in small batches combining fine dark and white Belgian chocolate with luscious fillings using spirits, organic nuts, fruits, spices from local markets or imported, BitterHeart collection focuses on intense chocolates combined with flavors who rhyme with pleasure such as Cognac, Coffee, Absinthe, Tequila, Chilies, and glitter at times. The truffles vary with the seasons, and may be vegan and must be consumed within a month.Features
