About The Product
4 Piece Dark Chocolate Assortment box
Included will be Coco's classic Signature dark chocolate truffles or other chocolates that can range from Turtles with smoky caramel, pecans, and Madagascar vanilla bean to a raspberry infused dark chocolate, to pistachio and kirsch liqueur infused dark chocolate. All are handmade, artisan chocolates produced in small batches without preservatives used.
Coco's Chocolate Cafe
Coco's Chocolate Café opened in the heart of The Highlands in Louisville, Kentucky in 2007. Owner and chocolatier Fred Moore trained at Ecole Chocolate out of Vancouver, British Columbia. He then trained with master chocolatiers including Danielo Vestri, Simone deCastro, and Paul DeBondt in and around Florence, Italy. Fred received the 2009 Best of Louisville award for "Best Chocolate Fix" by Louisville Magazine and has received numerous write-ups in local papers.At Coco's all the chocolates are made using high quality couverture such as El Rey and Valrhona lines.
