It has an increased amount of cacao liquor, less sugar and careful conching to give it the snap and velvety texture of our Private Reserve Dark Chocolate and the silky texture and coffee-caramel creaminess of the great milk chocolates. Four delectable Milk Chocolate Bars (100 gm / 3.5 oz ea.).
Milk chocolate provides a number of nutrients the body requires daily. A milk chocolate bar weighing 1.4 ounces contains about 3 grams of protein, 7% of the adult daily value (DV) of riboflavin, 8% of the DV for calcium and 5% of the DV for iron. It also has a small amount of natural antioxidants. Choclatique's Prestige Milk Chocolate 32% is milk chocolate reinvented. It has an increased amount of cacao liquor, less sugar and careful conching to give it the snap and velvety texture of our Private Reserve Dark Chocolate and the silky texture and coffee-caramel creaminess of the great milk chocolates. There is a slight bitter-sweetness that pulls one back from the edge of too-sweet.
