The outer shell is good light chocolate, while the inside is slightly firm but melts really quickly in your mouth. The Cinnamon is a different taste than what i was originally expecting but still good in it's own right. It seems like it would pair with a nice white wine or something else as the truffle is not over powering. over all it is a good chocolate

Mexican cinnamon is not known widely but we found it and have adopted it into our Fall truffle lineup for years now. With a great cinnamon flavor that we carefully blend to not overpower you are sure to enjoy this chocolate truffle adventure.
