About The Product
The 12 chocolate collection contains the following chocolates: 2 Acai Pomegranate, 2 Cinamon and Walnuts, 6 Strawberry balsamic and 2 Bourbon and Cherry.
Acai Pomegranate: A merge of acai berry “pate de fruit” and a fraganced dark ganache made with pomegranate juice.
Strawberry Balsamic: Hand painted heart filled with dark chocolate ganache melded with strawberries flavored with a reduction of balsamic vinegar of Modena
Borbon and Cherry: Fresh cherries mixed with Jim Bean’s Red Stag Bourbon blended with a dark Venezuela ganache
Cinamon and Walnuts: A 41% milk chocolate ganache infused with cinnamon, blended with roasted walnuts and covered in milk chocolate.
Strawberry Balsamic: Hand painted heart filled with dark chocolate ganache melded with strawberries flavored with a reduction of balsamic vinegar of Modena
Borbon and Cherry: Fresh cherries mixed with Jim Bean’s Red Stag Bourbon blended with a dark Venezuela ganache

Araya focus on premium artisan chocolate creations solely made from fresh ingredients, without any preservatives, additives nor artificial flavors. We use honey instead of sugar to reduce the calories impact and introduce nutrients that otherwise would not be present. Right now we have 21 different flavors ranging from Pink Salt to Passion fruit, Margarita ( Tequila, lime and salt) and Orange marzipan.We want people to consider us as an unusual alternative to the bottle of wine when invited to a dinner party or to any other occasion.Features
