Oliver Kita’s signature oriental coral is translated into an iridescent jewel toned holiday wrap completed with a double satin bow. The 32 piece box wrapped as shown for Christmas is filled with 16 bon bons from our new holiday collection (see below) along with 16 pieces from the studio collection of Oliver's favorite flavors.
Banana Cinnamon Truffles - fresh banana is combined with a touch of cinnamon and dark chocolate. After dipping, these are rolled in Muscavdo sugar for an extra special crunchy sweet taste.
Vermillion Fruit - Rembrandt inspired taste of raspberry, black currant and red currant.
Cassis Caramels - full cream caramels are combined with black currant puree and finished with Cassis de Bordeaux. Slightly winey and sweetly fragrant. Taste France!
Green Dragon - Green Tea and Wasabi Truffles. Ceremonial matcha tea is combined with white chocolate and wasabi for an extra sweet and slightly hot pungent taste. The truffles are rolled in toasted rice pearls.
Milk Champagne Truffles - center is filled with marc du champagne cognac and a milk chocolate ganache surrounds that dreamy center, the truffle is then dipped in milk chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder with a frost of white powder sugar. A little sweeter than the dark. These are made fresh weekly.
Dark Champagne Truffles - center is filled with marc du champagne cognac and a dark chocolate ganache surround that same dreamy center, the truffle is then dipped in dark chocolate then dusted in brut cocoa powder for an extra bitter taste experience. These are made fresh weekly and we do sell out. The taste is less sweet than the milk champagne truffle.
Lagavulin Truffle - this single malt smokey peaty scotch paired with milk chocolate creates a long lasting intense experience.
