Our incredible Grand Cru, single-origin (Venezuela) 38% Milk Chocolate ganache infused is infused with a reduction of stout beer. The creamy ganache center is then double-dipped in the same Milk Chocolate and rolled in Pecan-Beer Brittle Crunch. These are fun, but don't take them too lightly - we're serious about our chocolate -using some of the world's best across our entire product line...the beer is an amazing local artisan brew, we use fancy pecan halves which we hand chop and mix with our handmade Beer Brittle. We made these a year ago for the Superbowl...they have been a fan favorite - when you taste them, you'll understand why. Don't be shy, stock up!
