No one can resist these large classic cookies measuring 4 1/4 inches across and baked fresh daily. Our cookies are baked using quality fresh ingredigents and are hand portioned never automated. Packed four flavors to the dozen in a clear bag with black ribbon, flavors include: Chocolate Chip, made with real butter , fresh eggs, and Ghiradelli Chocolate, Snicker Doodles, rolled in spicy cinnamon and granulated sugar, Peanut Butter, tender and full of flavor, Oatmeal Raisin, chucked full of rolled oates and sweet raisins. And don't worry, you'll be forgiven if you're found with you hand in the cookie bag.

Welcome to Bella's Confections Gourmet Fudge and Cookies. I created Bella's Confections fudge in tribute to my Italian grandmother. In Italian, Bella means beautiful and this is how I will always remember her. This recipe created by her has been a tradition in our family for decades. I have many fond memories as a child creating delicious fudge enjoyed by our family and friends. The labor of love that is now Bella's Confections Gourmet Fudge is my way of sharing those memories with you.
