No one can resist these large gourmet cookies measuring 4 inches across and baked fresh daily. Our cookies are baked using quality fresh ingredigents and are hand portioned never automated. Packed four flavors to the dozen in a clear bag with black ribbon, flavors include: Crackles, densely rich with Jersey Cocoa rolled in powder sugar, Frosted Sugar tender and flaky with butter cream frosting and seasonal sprinkles, Raspberry Tea Cake, gourmet Almond tea cake filled with homemade raspberry jam, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, delicious Ghiradelli White Chocolate Chips and rich whole Macadamia Nut.

Welcome to Bella's Confections Gourmet Fudge and Cookies. I created Bella's Confections fudge in tribute to my Italian grandmother. In Italian, Bella means beautiful and this is how I will always remember her. This recipe created by her has been a tradition in our family for decades. I have many fond memories as a child creating delicious fudge enjoyed by our family and friends. The labor of love that is now Bella's Confections Gourmet Fudge is my way of sharing those memories with you.
