Four ingredients, that's it. Madagascar vanilla bean marshmallow " that we make, roasted lightly salted almonds and cocoa nibs incorporated with just the right amount of tempered dark Belgian chocolate.
It is made in a three pound batch that is spread out into a slab. We leave it to cool and then cut it into 6 ounce wedges.
The fluffy, not too sweet vanilla bean marshmallow, with the slight saltiness of the almonds and the earthy flavor of the cocoa nibs make this SO delicious.
It is wrapped in beautiful espresso kraft paper and tied with Her Coconess' signature purple ribbon and tag.
