About The Product
Our bittersweet truffle with a red port flavoring and the white chocolate ganache enrobed and then hand dipped in our bittersweet chocolate and a sprinkle of vanilla sea salt on top is truly unique.
Our unique bittersweet truffle with a red port flavoring is quite a surprise to the taste buds. We blended the port with our smooth white chocolate in order to complement the bittersweet chocolate. We then in turn sprinkled our natural vanilla sea salt on top of each hand dipped truffle to complement the port flavoring and in return it complements all your favorite beverages.
Cathy's Sweets
Cathy's Sweets has been hand making unique Venezuelan and Belgium chocolates since 2008. Our small commercial chocolate kitchen is nestled in the hill country just west of San Antonio,TX. Our menu is centered around our unique hand made chocolate truffles, we hand roll, temper and dip each little jewel as though they are made for our "chocoholic" of the day. Many of our flavors are centered around the Texas Wine Country and our love of spicy flavorings that are so complimentary to our chocolates whether they are bittersweet, milk chocolate or white.
