About The Product
When we paired the unique flavor of the Tempranillo grape and the bittersweet goodness, we knew this was a Truffle made for the true die hard chocolate lover. Our rich cream and wine flavorings are a bittersweet joy to behold.
Cathy's Sweets
Cathy's Sweets has been hand making unique Venezuelan and Belgium chocolates since 2008. Our small commercial chocolate kitchen is nestled in the hill country just west of San Antonio,TX. Our menu is centered around our unique hand made chocolate truffles, we hand roll, temper and dip each little jewel as though they are made for our "chocoholic" of the day. Many of our flavors are centered around the Texas Wine Country and our love of spicy flavorings that are so complimentary to our chocolates whether they are bittersweet, milk chocolate or white.
