We take a pretzel rod, generously paint it with our homemade Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Caramel, roll it in pink coconut and drizzle it with Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate. Perfection! Wrapped 2 to a wrap, 8 to a box!

The Galactic Cookie Company is home to THE ORIGINAL COOKIE PRETZEL and our latest, THE COOKIE PRETZEL POP! We are a small, artisan chocolate cookie company located in rural Wisconsin. We use only pure Ghirardelli chocolate, no extenders. Our cookie doughs are our own signature triple chocolate butter cookie, butter cookie or peanut butter, chocolate chip. Our butter comes from our local creamery and our eggs are from the local Amish. Our caramel is our homemade Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla or 60% Cacao caramel, and we use a variety of nuts or coconut, and candy.
