About The Product
Hand made caramels covered in rich milk chocolate and kissed with sea salt.
Caramels made in small batches in a large copper kettle and then poured onto a marble table and allowed to set. Once the caramel is set, it is then cut by hand and dipped in criolait milk chocolate and kissed with sea salt.

Sweet Mona's is located in the seaside village of Langley, WA on Whidbey Island. The chocolatier, Mona Newbauer, received her training at Ecole Chocolate in Vancouver, BC. Mona is passionate about chocolate and the people who love chocolate. Island Angel Chocolates was voted most luxurious chocolate experience at the 2008 Seattle Chocolate Salon.
