Chocolates were very nice. The one downer is they were very soft and mushy until I "froze" them. I paid the $3 for a guarantee, given the weather this time of year. However, the cool pak was warm that was placed under the chocolates, and it is clear the UPS doesn't comprehend "keep cool".
