Ruth's Brownie (and Cookie & Biscotti) Kitchen is a small, artisanal bakery located in the Hudson Valley region of New York State.
All of our baked goods are handcrafted to order and shipped to you warm from the oven within hours of being removed so they retain their fresh, homemade taste.
We use only the finest ingredients... never any chemicals or preservatives. We use farm-fresh eggs, butter and milk from local farmers... and, exclusively use King Arthur flours. The only chocolates and cocoa we use are ultra-premium Valrhona, the choice of gastronomes worldwide.
