Ever wonder where chocolate comes from?
Knipschildt Chocolatier provides a decadent new experience along with some education of how Kakao pods are processed into raw chocolate.The nine minature kakao pods are made with three different percentages of cocoa content. The solid Green pod is made with 50% cocoa content, the sold Yellow pod is made with 60% cocoa content and the sold Red pod is 70% cocoa content. The chocolates are hand painted by our chocolatiers.

Fritz Knipschildt, a native of Denmark, moved to the US in 1996 and founded Knipschildt Chocolatier in 1999 and cafe Chocopologie in 2005. His European background, the formal education as a Chef in Denmark along with his training in France and Spain, have blended with his American experiences to influence his chocolate and confections.
