Dark roast coffee-infused Cognac ganache in swirls of dark and white premium Belgian chocolate.
Premium Belgian white and dark 72% chocolate are poured separately, or in swirls to form a caramel tasting marbled chocolate shell. The pralines contain a ganache textured with the coffee, a 100% Arabica Italian dark roast infused and macerated in Cognac Hennessy VS. Made with almond milk, no cream or butter is used, the inside and dark truffles are vegan.

Hand-made in small batches combining fine dark and white Belgian chocolate with luscious fillings using spirits, organic nuts, fruits, spices from local markets or imported, BitterHeart collection focuses on intense chocolates combined with flavors who rhyme with pleasure such as Cognac, Coffee, Absinthe, Tequila, Chilies, and glitter at times. The truffles vary with the seasons, and may be vegan and must be consumed within a month.
