Hand-rolled rustic style Cognac truffles.
Our Gold Medal winning Cognac truffles are made by hand in small batches. They are made with dark Belgian chocolate, generously infused with fine French Cognac, lightly coated in semi-sweet chocolate and dusted in rich cocoa powder. This is a gluten free product.

We are an artisan chocolate maker located in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in dark chocolate confections.Our Chocolates are made with a French influence in both flavor and appearance; they are darker and less sweet than many American-made chocolates and they possess an intensity in flavor without being overwhelming in size. Additionally, our chocolates are produced by hand, in small quantities, using premium European chocolate and only the highest-quality and freshest ingredients.
