This was one of the BEST chocolates I have ever eaten. Usually when I receive the chocolate gift from my son, I am able to ration it out so that it lasts a while. I ate four of these Heart Truffles the first day! I savored each one, but I was not able to make them last more than a few days. They were wonderful!

Although the chocolate is a little more bitter than I usually like, it is a very good quality chocolate. The center is quite smooth and the chocolate is very thick. Overall, I would buy this chocolate again for myself or as a gift.

I was very skeptical of these ones. Typically when chocolate is put in cliche shapes like hearts, it isn't that good. However, these truffles are amazing! Very dark and rich true to the name "double dark", though also very creamy and smooth like truffles are supposed to be. These are tied for my favorite so far in the "Extreme Dark Chocolate Experience" set.

Beautiful heart shaped bittersweet chocolate truffles filled with a creamy all dark chocolate center. A classic truffle flavor enhanced with our premium chocolates and caring touch. Dark chocolate ganache filling is enrobed with our 70% cacao bittersweet chocolate. Gift boxed in a beautiful ballotin (a classically shaped box for truffles) and dark brown double-sided satin ribbon. Never any preservatives or artificial colors. Keep in a cool place if using within a few days, otherwise refrigerate up to 12 days. For optimum flavor, always bring to room temperature before consuming.
